How do I access my account?

To log in to your account:

1. Click the Account Icon:

In the top-right corner of the page, click the person icon (👤) to open the account login page. On mobile, you might need to tap the menu (☰) first to find the icon.

2. Enter Your Email Address:

Type in the email address associated with your account.

Click Continue.

3. Check Your Email:

We’ll send a 6-digit login code to your inbox. Open the email and copy the code.

4. Enter the Code

Paste or type the code into the login field.

Click Log in to access your account.

Once you’re logged in, you can view your order history, update your information, and manage your account details—all in one place.

How do I claim my gift card credit?

Your gift card balance has been automatically transferred to your account as store credit.

To access it:

  1. Create an account using the same email address you used on our previous site.
  2. Once your account is created, your store credit will be available automatically at checkout—no code needed!

If you run into any issues or don't see your credit, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How do I track my order?

Want to see the status of your order? Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your account – Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of our site and log in with the email you used to place your order.
  2. Go to "Orders" – Once you’re signed in, click on "Orders" in your account navigation.
  3. View your order details – You’ll see a list of all your past and current orders, along with their status, tracking info, and more.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of your items, we will replace it with another item, offer a gift certificate or refund your credit card the full purchase price, within 30 days of purchase.
